After successful payment, we may provide access to the purchased product through download links, email, your account, or another delivery method used by WennyVisual.

Because digital products can be delivered electronically, you acknowledge that delivery may occur immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.

4. Shopify Themes

WennyVisual Shopify themes are designed for use with Shopify stores.

A theme purchase provides you with a license to use the purchased theme according to the applicable license terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying source code, design, intellectual property, or WennyVisual brand.

Themes may require Shopify and may depend on Shopify functionality, APIs, applications, or third-party services.

We do not guarantee that a theme will remain compatible with every future Shopify feature, API, application, browser, or third-party service.

We may release updates to improve compatibility, fix bugs, improve performance, or introduce new functionality.

5. Theme License

When you purchase a WennyVisual theme, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased theme for the permitted Shopify store associated with your license.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or license agreement:

  • One purchased license is intended for one Shopify store.
  • A license may not be shared with unrelated stores.
  • A license may not be resold or sublicensed.
  • A license may not be distributed to third parties.

You may not provide the theme files to other businesses or customers for their own use.

If you operate multiple Shopify stores, each store may require its own license unless we explicitly authorize otherwise.

6. License Activation

Certain WennyVisual products may require license activation.

License activation may associate your license with a Shopify store or other authorized environment.

We may use technical measures to verify:

  • License validity
  • Product entitlement
  • License status
  • Authorized store information
  • Unauthorized or excessive activations

A license may not be transferred to another store without authorization.

If a license is found to be used in violation of these Terms, we may suspend or revoke the license.

7. Intellectual Property

All WennyVisual products, including but not limited to:

  • Theme source code
  • Liquid code
  • JavaScript
  • CSS
  • Graphics
  • Layouts
  • Designs
  • Animations
  • Documentation
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Product names
  • Digital assets

are owned by or licensed to WennyVisual Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

You receive a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.

8. Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted by us, you may not:

  • Resell WennyVisual themes or digital products.
  • Redistribute theme files.
  • Share download links with unauthorized users.
  • Upload our products to file-sharing websites.
  • Publish our source code as your own.
  • Create derivative products for resale based substantially on our products.
  • Include WennyVisual themes in another commercial product or service without permission.
  • Remove or intentionally bypass license restrictions.
  • Circumvent technical measures used to verify a license.
  • Use a license belonging to another person or business.
  • Use one license across multiple unauthorized stores.

You may modify the theme code for your own authorized Shopify store unless a specific product license states otherwise.

9. Theme Modifications

You may customize purchased themes for your own authorized store.

This may include:

  • Editing Liquid
  • Editing CSS
  • Editing JavaScript
  • Changing layouts
  • Adding compatible Shopify sections
  • Changing typography
  • Changing colors
  • Adding your own content

However, modifying the theme does not transfer ownership of the original WennyVisual intellectual property to you.

We are not responsible for issues caused by modifications made by you, your developers, or third-party developers.

10. Updates

Depending on the product purchased, WennyVisual may provide updates, bug fixes, improvements, or new versions.

Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes
  • Shopify compatibility improvements
  • Performance improvements
  • Security improvements
  • New features
  • Design improvements

We do not guarantee that every previous feature will remain unchanged in future versions.

Major version updates may be subject to separate terms or pricing.

11. Support

Support may include assistance with:

Support does not necessarily include:

  • Custom code written by you
  • Fixing modifications made to the theme
  • Shopify account issues
  • Shopify billing issues
  • Third-party service failures

Additional development or customization services may be available separately.

12. Purchases and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change.

We reserve the right to:

  • Introduce discounts
  • End promotions
  • Change product availability
  • Modify product features

A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed.

13. Refunds

  • Third-party service interruptions

You are responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts or services required for your store.

16. Shopify

Our themes are designed for Shopify stores.

You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify account and complying with Shopify's applicable terms, policies, and requirements.

WennyVisual is an independent theme provider and is not owned, operated, or controlled by Shopify.

Use of Shopify remains subject to Shopify's own terms and policies.

17. Website Use

You agree not to use our website to:

  • Violate applicable laws
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Upload malicious code
  • Attempt to obtain products without payment
  • Abuse promotional offers
  • Fraudulently obtain refunds
